7. Village Solicitor: i~Ir. Edelman: Bids for comprehensive public liability and property damage insurance were adver- tised, received and Iflr. Edelman opened same at the meeting. There were two bids: James i'-lanchester - X4,386.009 and Ohyden, Inc., Hartleyville Insurance Co. - ~ti3,337.00 and .663.00, totalling X4,000.00. !~%lr. Edelman was asked to get a binder and check the low bidder. !'°lr. Iordonaro, seconded by l+'!r. Schmidt, made a motion to defer action on the 'aids until next council meeting and get a binder. Edelman read a letter received from the Director of Highways for the State of Ohio relative to our resolution #804 requesting the widening of State Route #91 to the northerly line of the village and he stated that it is already on their 5 year agenda and it will be done when they have the time and the money.
