T~Ir. beech read it aloud and handed it to <br />Mr. Fitz-Gerald with a presentation of a writing pen set, <br />through the courtesy of councilmen. <br />Councilman Schmidt: Read a plaque furnished by council and <br />presented it to T~Iayor Busa as a testimonial of his four years <br />of service as mayor of Mayfield Village, <br />Councilman Fitz-Gerald: Read an original poem written by <br />'- him memorializing Mayor B~asa's years as mayor. <br />Mayor Busa thanked all members of council, engineer, law <br />director, clerk-treasurer and recording secretary and said <br />he was grateful for their support. He stated that he en- <br />joyed the work, challenging at times, but a pleasure to serve. <br />Further, he had no intention of losing interost in this town, <br />as it is his town, also. Mayor Busa offered his help and <br />services to Mayor-elect Beebe at anytime and at any place <br />in the n~;w administration. <br />Councilman Bordonaro: vJished to express council's thanks <br />to the community club for their holiday decorations of the <br />village hall and the outside pole trimmings.
