He said he understood that it <br />is the homeowners responsibility in that subdivision to maintain the swa'les, <br />bLit he cou:Ld not find that included in the deed restrictions. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said the statement was made by the. deve'loper that he wou'ld <br />add Che.restriction that the property owner would have the responsibi:Lity <br />to maintairl the ditches. <br />Mr. Feneli will cor..tact Pat Caticchio to check on these items. <br />Council. agreed that they wou'ld bring up swa'les at the next Caucus. <br />Mr. Goley asked the Department Heads to advise their emp:Loyees that Council <br />is working on the 1987 pay ordinance; and a meeting with.the emp'loyee <br />de'legates wi11 be scheduled short:Ly. <br />Mr..Basile noted that this meeting shou'ld be he'ld after February 15 since <br />he wi'1'1 be on vacation until that time. <br />Mr. Petschauer reported that Mr. Krivanek has offered to do the:'lettering <br />and scrol'1 work for the Meadowood street sign at no.cost to the Vi'llage. <br />However, due to his extremely busy schedule, it will be about a moneh unti'1 <br />the work.is completed. <br /> <br /> <br />
