Mr. Goley, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motior. that Council include <br />Ordinance No. 86-25 on the agenda under "New Business." <br />Mr. Feneli exp'lained that this ordinance brings us into conformance with. <br />the Ohio Revised Code. • <br />Ro1'1 Ca'll: AYES: A1'1 <br />NAYS: None ' <br />Ordinance to be included on the agenda. <br />Motion Carried <br />Second,Reading of Reso'lution No. 87-1, entitled; "A RESOLUTION'AUTHORIZING <br />THE MAYOR AND.PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE <br />MAYFIELD HISTORICAL SOCIETY FOR THE RELOCATION OF AN HISTORICAL HOUSE ONTO <br />A CERTAIN PAR.CEL OF LAND OWNED BY THE MUNICIPALITY AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY."' Introduced by Counci'1 President Santo Basi'le and Councilmen <br />Lawrence J. F1ynn and Richard Etzler.
