3/2/87 <br />32 Page Two <br />Mr.Basile said he had also been advised.that Mayfield Village employees <br />would be able to receive benefits for 1986 if the Deferred Compensation <br />legislation were er.acted tonight (Resolution No. 87-15.) <br />Second Reading of Resolution No. 87-15, entitled; "A RESOLUTION ADOPTING <br />A PLAN UNDER THE OHIO PUBLIC EMPLOYEES DEFERRED COMPENSATION PROGRAM <br />PERMITTING ALL ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, TO DEFER A <br />PORTION OF THEIR COMPENSATION AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by <br />Mayor Fred N. Carmen. (First Reading 2/16/87) <br />Mr. Etzler, seconded by Mr. Goley, made a motion to'suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Etzler, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. <br />87-15. <br />Roll Call: AYES: A11 <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Mr. Basile asked Mr..
