3/9/87 34 Page 2 First Reading of Resolution No:'87=21, entitled; "A RESOLUTZON AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE IMPERIAL CASUALTY AND INDEMNITY C0. IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1:0,200.00) FOR THE PURCHASE OF POLICE PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE FOR MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, FOR THE PERIOD COMMENCING MARCH 16, 1987 AND TERMINATING MARCH 16, 1988 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen_and Council as a Whole. Mr. Goley, seconded by Mr. Etzler, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a resolution to be read. on three separate occasions. A brief discussion was held regarding the expenditure of $2,500 on an annual basis for the maintenance of the historical house, which Council expressed they would like to do.
