59 <br /> <br />Resolution No. 87-26, entitled; "A RESOLUTI.ON ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FROM <br />THE MAYFIELD BOARD OF EDUCATION FOR THE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A <br />TRAFFIC SIGNAL DEVICE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.". Introduced by Mayor <br />Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Etzler, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions: <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Etzler, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. <br />87-26. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Mayor Carmen announced that a meeting will be held with the Mayfield Village <br />businesses regarding the Wilson Mil1s reconstruction. A meeting will also be <br />held with the residents. Chief Stevens and Sgt. Jay are making the necessary <br />arrangements and they will probably be held in May. <br />Mr. Basile suggested that each councilperson deliver the Voice of the Village <br />to their ward due to the delivery problems. <br />Mr. Petschauer agreed and noted that he had made that suggestion to Donna <br />after the last V.O.V. was delivered. <br />Mr. Flynn said he did not feel the councilpersons should have the responsibility <br />of distributing newspapers in their.wards. <br />Council agreed to include V.O.V. delivery on the agenda for their next Caucus. <br />Mr. Petschauer suggested that a general consensus of Council be taken regarding <br />dates for special meetings. Council agreed that special meeting dates were set <br />by the availability of the majority of council members. <br />Mr. Basile.requested that Council hold a short Executive Session following this <br />meeting. <br />Council went into Executive Session at 9:30 p.m. to'discuss personnel matters. <br />Council reconvened at 9:50 p.m. <br />There being no fur er business, the meeting adjourned at 9:50 p.m. <br />Mayor, Fred N.
