102 <br />Mr. Goley noted the next item on the agenda was numbered improperly. It <br />was numbered 87-18; it should have the number 87-21. <br />Mr. Goley, seconded by Mr. Etzler, made a motion to correct the agenda <br />(with the above-mentioned correction.) <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion'Carried <br />Agenda Corrected <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 87-21, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AND <br />DEFINING A GOVERNMENT FUND ACCOUNTING STRUCTURE FOR MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. " Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Goley, seconded by Mr. Petschauer, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Goley, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 87-21. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />CLOSING COMMENTS <br />Mr. Feneli requested a brief Executive Session to follow this meeting to <br />discuss pending litigation. <br />A brief discussion was held regarding signs requested by the Holiday Inn <br />and Jefferson Centre. <br />Mr. Feneli explained why the Holiday Inn sign did not require Council action. <br />Mr. Kirk Miller, who was present from the Brilliant Sign Company, explained <br />that the Holiday Inn would like to include their logo in the sign. <br />Mr. Amendola said he did not see a problem with that change. <br />There being no further business, Council went into Executive Session at this <br />time to discuss pending litigation.
