AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 87-64, entitled; "A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE <br />ACTION OF COUNCIL IN AlIARDING A CONTRACT TO NEAT-LIPdE COMPANY, INC. FOR THE <br />STRIPING OF CERTAIN STREETS WITHIN TN.E MUNICIPAL.ITY IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED <br />THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY FIVE DOLLARS TWENTY TWO CENTS ($3,845.22) <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Petsr_hauer, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring a resolution to be read.on:three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Flynn seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 87-64. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br /> NAYS: None Motion Carried <br /> Resolution Adopted <br /> Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Petschauer, made a motion to delete Resolution No <br /> 87-65 from the agenda. He said it must be taken to the Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission first. (Re Special Use Permit to Alan and ti•danda Hejcl to.use <br /> certain per mises within ,:"the municipality for a florist shop.) <br /> Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion carried <br />Resolution No. 87-65 was removed from the agenda. <br />Fir_st Reading of Ordinance 87-27, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS <br />175.1501 AND 175.1502 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, <br />PERTAINING TO INTEREST AND PENALTIES OF THE MUNCIPAL INCOME TAX,°.. REPEALIPdG <br />ALL ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT HEREWITH AND DECLARING APd EMERGENCY." <br />Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Patrick recommended this ordinance remain on first reading so that it <br />may be discussed by the Finance Committee at their next metting. He will <br />provide Mr. Flynn with his opinions regarding it. <br />ANY OTHER MATTER TO COME BEFORE COUNCIL <br />Mr. Petschauer said he talked to the Service Department about the work to be <br />completed on the Carr property; and he was assured that the work would be completed <br />within the next week to 10 days. <br />Mrs. Buzek said that she had talked to Bruce Rinker who said that he had checked <br />with the lawyer from Progressive and that NOACA would be doing the real estate <br />appraisal for the homes.
