?f - <br />14? <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />October 19, 1987 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Regular Session on Monday, October 19, <br />1987, at 8:05 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Village Hall. Council <br />President Santo Basile presided. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Roll Call: Present: Mra Basile, Mr. Flynn, and Mra Petschauer <br />Absent : Mrs. Buzek, Mr. Etzler <br />. / .I I . _ I .J . - .l .11 1 1 <br />Also Present Were . Mayor Carmen, Mr. Amendola, Mr. Feneli, Mr. Hovancsek, <br />Mr. Patrick, Chief Mohr, Chief Stevens, and Mi'ss-Heath.:, <br />OPEN PORTION <br />Mr. Richard Schanfarber, 6719 Sandalwood Drive, said at the last Council <br />Caucus meeting he was given three assignments: <br />1) He was to work on changes to the rubbish bin ordinance that might <br />be acceptable. He said he spoke to Chief Mohr and Gus Amendola <br />about this, <br />2) He said that he was asked to document in writing information <br />regarding the VanCuren property. He gave a memo to Council; the <br />only copy with all attachments was given to Mr. Basile. <br />3) He was asked to meet with Chief Stevens concerning the gun or- <br />dinance. He will try to meet with him either this week or some- <br />time next week. <br />Mr. Schanfarber said that he will be leaving town in three weeks for <br />quite some time, and requested to have a meeting prior to that to <br />resolve a few items before he leaves. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br />Regular Meeting of- Council-= -9/21/87 - Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Petschauer, <br />made a motion to ap prove the minutes. <br />Ro.ll Call : AYES : , - A11 ? . ._ ? - ? :. : . . . , . - • . <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br /> Minutes Approved <br />Special Meeting of Council - 10/5/87 - Mr. Petschauer, seconded by Mr. Flynn, <br />made a motion to approve the minutes. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br /> Minutes Approved <br />COMMENTS FROM MAYOR CARMEN <br />Mayor Carmen said that home inspections have begun. He said that employees <br />will be carrying new employee ID cards and that he hopes to have a good <br />response to this program.
