<br />Regular Council Meeting <br />11/16/87 <br />Page 4 <br />Hydrants Worked on by Cleveland Water Dept.- Chief Mohr reported that the men <br />have checked the hydrant on Highland Road and it is working.. He said that he <br />has not heard from the Cleveland Water Dept. about the other three that were <br />not working. <br />Discussion was held about the smashed fire hydrant on Wilson Mills Road. <br />Mayor Carmen said that the hydrant should be fixed. He asked Chief'Mohr to <br />follow up with Mr. Feneli regarding reimbursement from the individual whose <br />accident created the problem. <br />Hickory Hill-Road Repairs - Mayor Carmen said he has noticed that a couple of <br />roads are in particularly bad shape. He thinks that the Engineer must <br />reassess the roads to determine what condition they are in. <br />Rear Yard Drainage - Mr. Hovancsek said he believes that an agreement has been <br />reached between the property owners, the contractor and the Village. He does <br />not know if the work has started yete <br />Musca Property - Mr. Basile said he would like to delete this item from the <br />agenda since there is nothing to discuss about it tonight. <br />Mr. Flynn said that when someone is traveling eastbound they are able to turn <br />into the Musca property. But when they are westbound-, they would have to pass <br />up the turning lane from the eastbound and go to the last drive. He wants to <br />be sure that is observed. ? <br />Mayor Carmen suggested Mrs Hovancsek advise the developer that our Engineer <br />and Traffic Dept. suggest that and see what they say. <br />Third Reading of Ordinance No. 87-29, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE ENACTING SEC- <br />TIONS 549.11 THROUGH 549.16 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, <br />OHIO, PERTAINING TO THE SALE OF FIREARMS, AIR GUNS, B-B GUNS OR SIMILAR <br />WEAPONS WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT <br />HEREWITH AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCYo" Introduced by Mayor Carmen.and Council <br />as a Whole.
