71. <br />NIINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />Mayfield Village <br />Apri129, 1991 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Special Session on Monday, Apri129, 1991, at eight <br />o'clock p.m. (8 p.m.) in the Council Chambers at the Mayfield Village Hall. Council President <br />Bruce Rinker presided. , <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Mills, Mr. <br />Pietrafese (8:17 p.m.), and Mr. Rinker. <br />Absent: None <br />Also Present Were: Mr. Amendola, Mr. Patrick, Mr. Ramos, and Miss Heath. <br />Mr. Rinker said that we have been waiting for some time to get together various ordinances <br />pertaining to salaries; and most of the information has been compiled. He said there may be one or <br />two items to add to the agenda later. <br />First Readin,g of Ordinance No. 91-13, entided; "An ordinance establishing wages, benefits, and <br />other terms and conditions of employment for employees of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for calendar <br />years 1991 - 1992 and repealing all ordinances inconsistent herewith and declaring an emergency." <br />Introduced by Mayor Carmen and the Entire Council. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Morion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. F1ynn, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 91-13. <br />Mrs. Mills asked if this ordinance is retroacrive for anyone who has left Mayfield Village. <br />Mr. Ramos explained the intent of the ordinance is that it is for current employees. <br />Mr. Rinker said there was some discussion of this ordinance in Ordinance Review. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 91-14, enritled; "An ordinance amending Secrion 131.05(c) of the <br />Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, re-esta.blishing the compensarion of Human <br />Services Director, repealing all ordinances inconsistent herewith and declaring an emergency." <br />Introduced by Mayor Carmen and the Entire Council.
