`+ . <br />93 <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />5/20/91 <br />Page Thirteen <br />Mr. Pietrafese asked to receive copies of those letters. <br />Mayor Carmen said it is our understanding that sidewalks are not likely to be put in; however, in <br />the event they are put in, the property owners will bear the risk that they might have to move their <br />trees. <br />Mr. Basile said we received a letter from Aintree North that they would like to spend $350 on the <br />entrance to the development asking Council to reimburse the cost to that. <br />Mayor Carmen said he thought the Village agreed to provide a landscape architect to help <br />homeowner's associations with the design, but that the actual cost was theirs. <br />Discussion was held. We will see what was done last yeaz and this item will be discussed at <br />Caucus. <br />Mayor Carmen asked Council for a motion to go into Execurive Session to discuss lirigation <br />regarding the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a morion to go into Executive Session to discuss <br />litigation matters. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Morion Carried <br />Council went into Executive Session at 9:40 p.m. <br />Council reconvened at 10:12 p.m. <br />Mr. Fenante, seconded by Mr. Rinker, made a motion to adjourn. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Morion Carried <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:12 p.m. <br />; <br />? <br />BRUCE G.
