117 <br /> <br /> <br />Special Council Meeting <br />6/26/91 <br />Page Five <br />Mr. Rinker noted that while Council was in Executive Session Mr. Ferrante had to leave for <br />personal reasons. . <br />First Reading of Resolurion No. 91-60, entided; "A resolurion authorizing the Mayor and President <br />of Council to enter into an agreement establishing a cooperative venture with adjacent communities <br />for the establishment of a hour hundred mz receiver/transmitter backbone system required to <br />upgrade the fire emergency medical service radio system, authorizing the expenditure of a sum not <br />to exceed five thousand eight hundred dollars ($5,800.00) for the purchase of such system and <br />declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a <br />resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Morion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a morion to adopt Resolution No. 91-60. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Morion Carried <br />' Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolurion No. 91-63, entided; "An emergency resolution declaring the necessity <br />and intention to appropriate property for the purpose of establishing a public park." Introduced by <br />Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a <br />resolurion to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Morion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 91-63. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Morion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Mr. Flynn reported on the Firemen's Dependents Fund Meeting that was held prior to this meeting. <br />Mr. Flynn said that he was elected Chairman; Bob Jamieson was elected Secretary. <br />Mr. Rinker asked if any Council action was required. <br />Mr. Flynn said that he did not think so.
