117 <br /> <br /> <br />Special Council Meeting <br />6/26/91 <br />Page Five <br />Mr. Rinker noted that while Council was in Executive Session Mr. Ferrante had to leave for <br />personal reasons. . <br />First Reading of Resolurion No. 91-60, entided; "A resolurion authorizing the Mayor and President <br />of Council to enter into an agreement establishing a cooperative venture with adjacent communities <br />for the establishment of a hour hundred mz receiver/transmitter backbone system required to <br />upgrade the fire emergency medical service radio system, authorizing the expenditure of a sum not <br />to exceed five thousand eight hundred dollars ($5,800.00) for the purchase of such system and <br />declaring an emergency."
