<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />7/15/91 <br />Page Eleven <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 91-67. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Mr. Ramos read the following resolution to be considered in title: <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 91-68, entided; "A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and <br />President of Council to execute a contract with Vandra Brothers Cement, Inc. for concrete <br />reconstruction of portions of certain streets within the municipality in an amount not to exceed <br />$233,893.00, and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a <br />Whole. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a morion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a <br />resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 91-68 in title. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said he recommends they be awarded the contract; they are the low bidder and <br />have a good record. <br />Mr. Patrick said the monies are in the budget. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Execurive Session <br />Mr. Rinker said at this rime he would like to request that Council make a morion to recess into <br />Executive Session to discuss litigation matters. <br />ANY OTIJER MATTER THAT MAY COME BEFORE COUNCII. <br />Mr. Basile said he would like to address a few questions to Mr. Amendola. He asked what will be <br />done with the guardrail across from Beta. Drive and what was going on with making a crosswalk or <br />bypass section there. Mr. Basile said the bridge going across the ditch at 593 S.O.M. Center Road <br />is wearing down. <br />Mr. Fietrafese, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a morion that Council recess into Executive <br />Session to discuss litigation matters. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried
