155 <br /> <br /> <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />8/19/91 <br />Page Seven <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a morion to adopt Resolution No. 91-74. <br />Mayor Carmen explained that while Susan was on maternity leave Cheryl managed both posirions. <br />He and Council feel that Cheryl deserves recognition for her work. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Resolution 91-75, entitled; "A resolution protesting the unreasonable water rate increase and <br />requesring that Cleveland City Council reconsider a more equitable rate redistribution between <br />suburban and Cleveland water users." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 91-75. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolurion Adopted <br />ANY OTBER MATTER THAT MA1' COME BEFORE COUNCIL <br />CLOSING COMRVIENTS <br />Mr. Amendola explained the work that has been completed at the Service Department on the azea <br />where leaves will be stored. He said he would like Council to consider purchasing approximately <br />$7,500-8,000 of asphalt to put on top of the area. He said the cost to remove the leaves is greater <br />than the cost of the asphalt. Leaf mulch would be made from the leaves and it will be offered to <br />residents. <br />Mrs. Mills reported that the band concerts are going well. Everyone should come and listen. <br />Mr. Basile said some people suggested to him that we put in a dancing platform. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to adjourn the meeting. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />The meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m. <br />See otlier side <br />
