229 <br />11 <br />MINUTES OF TBE ANNUAL MEETING OF <br />TBE MAYFIELD COMMUNTTY IMPROVEMENT CORPORATTON <br />Mayfield Village <br />December 30, 1991 <br />The trustees of the Mayfield Community Improvement Corporation met in special session on <br />Monday, December 30, 1991 at 8:32 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Village Ha11. <br />The following trustees were present: <br />Bruce Rinker, President <br />Lawrence Flyrin, Vice President <br />Joanne Cinco, Secretary <br />Blase Pietrafese, Treasurer <br />Santo Basile <br />Wallace Ferrante <br />Lillian Mills <br />Also Present Were: Mr. Patrick, Mr. Ramos and Miss Heath. <br />Mr. Ramos explained that according the regulations of the Mayfield Community Improvement <br />Corporation all Councilpersons aze trustees of the Corporation and a meeting is required to be held <br />on an annual basis. The purpose of this meeting is to elect a new slate of officers for 1992. Mr <br />Ramos asked if there was any other business before the M.C.I.C. election. <br />There was no business. <br />Mr. Ramos opened the floor for nominations for President, Vice President, Secretary arid <br />Treasurer of the Mayfield Community Improvement Corporation. <br />Mr. Ramos recited the slate of officers from 1991: <br />President: Bruce Rinker <br />Vice President: Lawrence Flynn <br />Secretary: Joanne Cinco <br />Treasurer: Blase Pietrafese <br />Mr. Ramos said that because Mr. Pietrafese will not be on Council, he will have to be replaced as <br />Treasurer. He explained that Council could make a motion to approve the same slate of officers <br />and a new Treasurer could be named. <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Flynn, nominated Santo Basile to serve as "Treasurer" of the <br />M.C.I.C. and to retain the same slate of officers. <br />There were no objections. <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Pietrafese, made a motion to close the nomination. <br />ROLL CAI:L: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Nominarion Closed
