? 3ro <br />Special Council Meeting <br />12/30/91 <br />Page Six <br />First IZeading; of Orclinance 91-57, entitled; "An ordinance appropriating funds for current <br />expenses and expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the period from 01/01/91 and ending <br />12/31/91, repealing existing Ordinance 91-47 and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor <br />Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALI.: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Ivdrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a morion to enact Ordinance 91-57. <br />Mr. Patrick explained this ordinance is a houselceeping measure necessary to make sure all the <br />budget amounts are in line and have positive balances. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />IVAYS: None Morion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />ANY OTBER MATTER TO COME BEFORE COUNCIL <br />Mayor Carmen said that he would like to take this opportunity to make a proclamation honoring <br />Lillian Patsy Mills for her outstanding service to Mayfield Village. Mayor Cannen said he recently <br />received this proclamation from the Ohio Senate and read the proclamation. <br />Mr. Rinker said since there was no further business, a morion was needed to adjourn. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to adjourn. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: IYone <br />BR1 E.
