174 Regular Council Meeting 6/20/94 Page Fourteen Mr. Chokel said that Mr. Samac's interpretation of this section of the roof as being a super structure, which it is as it is intended as a screening wall for the chiller equipment which is behind it. If he says that the one flows from the other, he does not think they can argue with that. Mr. Diemert said the variance would be to allow Progressive to put it (the sign) above the coping and they would need a variance to allow them to go above the roof line as stated in 1185.15d(9). If Council grants that variance, they (the Progressive sign) will be allowed to go above. If they don't grant it, we will have to worry about what your definition is, or Mr. Samac's. Then, we can work it out that way.
