243 <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />9/19/94 <br />Page Eleven <br />Mayor Rinker said wood would be more aesthetically pleasing for the areas adjacent to <br />the residential property and the whole picnic area. We need additional landscaping <br />along the Wiley ditch. He envisions that additional plantings could be added on. He <br />suggests putting chain link fencing from the mound to the bridge and see what that <br />looks like. <br />(D <br />? Ntrs. Cinco asked IVIr. Amendola for a diagram and some pricing. <br />< Mayor Rinker asked Mr. Amendola to measure total lineal feet and break it down into <br />z components. <br />? Police D=t. Console - Mrs. Cinco said Chief Stevens will be getting prices on a logging <br />recorder. <br />First Reading of Ordinance 94-22, entitled; "An emergency ordinance creating new <br />Chapter 137 providing for authorization, enforcement and penalty provisions necessary <br />to cause the inspection of all property in the Village. Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />President Cinco said Ordinance No. 94-22 will remairi on first reading. It will be <br />referred to P1aruling and Zoning. <br />Mr. Samac said the correct Chapter number is 1387. <br />First Ileading of Ordinance 94-23, entitled; "An emergency ordinance adopting Chapter <br />1335 known as the "BOCA National Property Nlaintenance Code." Introduced by <br />IVlayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />President Cinco said Ordinance No. 94-23 will remain on first reading. It will be <br />referred to Planning and Zoning. Planning and Zoning has already looked at this and <br />we will look to their recommendation. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 94-46, entitled; "An emergency ordinance amending <br />Sections 155.04(h) and 155.06(b) &(c) &(d). Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council <br />as a Whole. <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />- requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended
