245 <br />Regular Council Meeting - <br />9/19/94 , <br />Page Thirteen <br />Mrs. Cinco clarified that the cap of $10,000 is already stated in the legislation. <br />(D <br />M <br />CY) <br />Q <br />Z <br />0? <br /> <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 94-36, entitled; "An emergency resolution extending the <br />Special Use Permit granted to the Mayfield United Methodist Church for an additional <br />three years." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Nir. Busa, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />IZOLL CAI.,I.,: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Cinco said the name of the program was changed. We granted this special use <br />three years ago. She said this program is an asset to the community and is asking <br />Council to approve for another three years. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 94-36. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />1Vlotion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />NAYS: None <br /> <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 94-37, entitled; "An emergency resolution authorizing <br />an agreement with Rauschenbach, Casini & Urban, Inc. as and for architectural services <br />pertaining to the proposed municipal center. Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council <br />as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco said Resolution No. 94-37 will remain on first reading until we have more <br />information. . <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 94-38, entitled; "An resolution authorizing the Mayor to <br />seek financial assistance from the State Issue II Infrastructure Bond Program for funding <br />of various capital infrastructure improvement projects." Introduced by Mayor Rinker <br />and Council as a Whole.
