We granted this special use <br />three years ago. Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council <br />as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco said Resolution No. 94-37 will remain on first reading until we have more <br />information. . <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 94-38, entitled; "An resolution authorizing the Mayor to <br />seek financial assistance from the State Issue II Infrastructure Bond Program for funding <br />of various capital infrastructure improvement projects."
