275 <br />MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />November 21,1994 <br />'?'hc-(E_ouncii oi iviayfield Village met in regular session on Monday, November 21,1994, <br />at eight c'clock n.m. (8:00 p.m.) in the Council Chambers at the Village Hall. Council <br />President Joanne M. Cinco presided. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Basile, Mr. Buckholtz, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Fixier, <br />? and Mr. Flynn <br />co Absent: Mr. Ferrante <br />? <br />z Also Present Were: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Brett, Mr. Cappello, Mr. Diemert, Mr. <br />? Hovancsek, Chief Mohr, Mr. Samac, Chief Stevens and Miss Heath. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Tim Farmer, 6515 Derby Drive, said he does not know who is responsible for sponsoring <br />the legislation to pay back the schools, he is glad to see some payback going to the <br />school. He thinks there will be a lot of support for that and is wondering what time <br />frame we are looking #oward. <br />Council President Cinco said she hopes to have this item on the December Caucus <br />agenda and to have legislation for the December Council meeting. <br />Steve Fedor, 6686 Sandalwood Drive, said he has heard comments about a new IZevco <br />that will be coming in where the Honey Baked Ham store is and has heard discussion <br />about another access off Sandalwood. He asked the status of this. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said an access off Sandalwood would not be recommended; there is not <br />enough frontage. <br />Mayor Rinker said we have hea; d this rumor ourselves, but that is it. <br />Mrs. Mills (in the audience) said there is a Court order against another driveway. She <br />thinks Bernie Samac and Gus have received information from Dick Schanfarloer about <br />this. Mrs. Mills said the Kenwood Home Owner's Association has been reactivated, so <br />Council will be hearing more from them. <br />Mrs. Cinco said we have had no proposal to act on [regarding Revco.] <br />Mrs. Mills said they were also concerned about the 24-hour sale there.
