<br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />December 19,1994 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Regular Session on Monday, December 19,1994, <br />at 8:07 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Village Hall. Council President Joanne M. <br />Cinco presided. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Basile, Mr. Buckholtz, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, <br />Mr. Fixler, and Mr. Flynn <br />Absent: None <br />Also Present: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Amendola, Mr. Brett, Mr. Cappello, <br />Mr. Diemert, Chief Mohr, Mr. Samac, Chief Stevens and <br />Miss Heath <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Amendment of Agenda <br />Mrs. Cinco asked Council to amend the agenda to include three things: (1) under "New <br />Business", the purchase of police cars; (2) she has asked for an Executive Session prior to <br />going into discussion about: (3) Ordinance No. 94-57 to ratify the police contract. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Fixler, made a motion to amend the agenda to include the <br />three items listed above. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Agenda Amended <br /> <br />OPEN PORTION: <br />Dr. Ray Scarso, said he thinks something should be done to allow members of the <br />audience to speak after the open portion. He believes it is a disadvantage to the average <br />individual to be allowed to speak before they know what they can speak about. <br />Mrs. Cinco said this has been brought to her attention before. She thinks Council can <br />address this at Caucus. She sometimes finds it necessary to have the audience address <br />Council at the time they are voting on a particular issue.
