<br /> <br /> <br />MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETIlVG OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />IVfarch 1st,1993 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Special Session on Monday, March 1st, at <br />eight o'cloclc p.m. (8 p.m.) in the Council Chambers at Village Hall. Council President <br />joanne Cinco presided. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Basile, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Fixler, <br />and Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Leppla (took her seat immediately <br />after receiving the oath of office) <br />Absent; None <br />Also Present: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Amendola, Mr. Brett, Mr. Diemert, <br />Mr. Hovancsek, Chief Mohr, Chief Stevens, and Miss Heath <br />Ward 4 Council Replacement <br />. Mrs. Cinco said the first item for this special meeting is consideration of the Ward 4 <br />Council replacement for Bruce Rinker. She said Council has unanimously agreed in <br />writing to Jeanne, and to me personally to welcome her aboarcl. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to confirm the appoininzent of Jeanne <br />Leppla as the Council Representative for Ward 4. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carriecl <br />Appointment Confirmed <br />Mayor Rinker welcomed Mrs. Leppla and administered the oath of office. <br />Mrs. Leppla took her seat with Council at this time. <br />Mrs. Cinco said the next item for consideration is the third reading of Ordinance <br />No. 92-34.
