Regular Council Meeting <br />3/15/93 <br />Page 12 <br />Mr. Woloszynek said they have not received word about Mayfield Village yet, but they <br />were successful in Euclid. This will help with the mandate from the EPA on this <br />project. <br />Mayor Rinker asked Mr. Woloszynek to advise Mr. Hovancsek that this will be one of <br />the key questions at the Worton Park Meeting (for the funding and project deadlines.) <br />• Municipal Cable Television Ouestionnaire - Mrs. Cinco said the questionnaire <br />was included in their packets last week. She asked if Council had any questions and if <br />they were interested in joining the Municipal Cable Television Association. <br />All members of Council were in favor of joining. <br />Mrs. Cinco asked if Council was interested in sending a representative to the meeting. <br />There were no volunteers to attend, but everyone will be interested in receiving the <br />information that will be passed on from the Association. First Reading of Ordinance No. 93-12 entitled; "An ordinance to provide for the <br />issuance and sale of $390,000 of notes of Mayfield Village, Ohio, in anticipation of the <br />issuance of bonds to pay costs of acquiring a fire truck with appurtenant equipment, <br />and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 93-12. <br />Mr. Diemert asked that this record reflect that the fiscal officer's certificate has been <br />received and circulated to Council.
