Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco said this ordinance will be going to Planning and Zoning for their agenda. <br />*First Reading of Ordinance No. 93-20, entitled; "An emergency ordinance amending <br />Chapter 1501 of the Village's Fire Prevention Code to incorporate amendments made to <br />the Ohio Fire Code and BOCA Basic/National Fire Prevention Code." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr.. Fixler, <br />Mr. Flynn, and Mrs. Leppla <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 93-20. <br />Mrs. Cinco said they just received this tonight from Mr. Diemert. <br />Mr. Diemert explained there have been amendments to the BOCA Basic/National Fire <br />Prevention Code since the last adoption of the Village code.
