<br />MINUTES OF A PUBLIC HEARING <br />Mayfield Village <br />July 12,1993 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Special Session on Monday, july 12,1993, at 8:00 <br />p.m. in the Council Chambers at Village Hall. Council President Joanne Cinco presided. <br />Present: Mr. Basile, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Fixler, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Leppla <br />Absent: Mr. Ferrante <br />Also Present Were: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Amendola, Mr. Brett, Mr. Hanculak (for Mr. <br />Diemert), Mr. Cappello (for Mr. Hovancsek), and Miss Heath. <br />Note: Chief Mohr and Chief Stevens were excused. <br />Mrs. Cinco announced the Public Hearing was called concerning the 1994 tax budget. <br />Mr. Brett said the 1994 tax budget is being considered this evening in a meeting <br />immediately following this Public Hearing. The tax budget has been circulated to all <br />members of Council and Mayor Rinker. <br />Mrs. Cinco opened the floor for discussion by members of the audience and Council. <br />She asked if there were any questions. <br />There were no comments or questions from members of the audience or Council. <br /> <br />Mr. Brett explained the figures included in the legislation are not being voted on; the <br />legislation is more to establish millage. The figures are rough as he explained to Mayor <br />Rinker and Council in a memo. <br />Since there were no questions, Mrs. Cinco closed the Public Hearing at 8:01 p.m.
