MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETIlNG OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />July 26,1993 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Special Session on Monday, July 26,1993, at 7:45 <br />p.m. in the Council Chambers at Village Hall. Council President Joanne Cinco presided. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Basile, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Fixler, <br />Mr. Flynn and Nlrs. Leppla <br />Absent: None <br />Also Present: Mayor Rinker, Miss Heath <br />Mrs. Cinco said the reason for the meeting tonight is to reconsider of the sale of police <br />cars to the City of Highland Hills. (Council discussed and tabled the motion to sell the <br />four police cars to the Village of Highland Hills at the Regular Council Meeting on July <br />19,1993.) <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Fixler, made a motion to remove consideration of the sale <br />of the four police cars to the Village of Highland Hills from the table. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Item Removed from Table <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Leppla, made a motion to authorize the sale of the four <br />police cars (one 1988 Ford Crown Victoria sedan, one 1986 Chevrolet Caprice Station <br />Wagon and two 1991 Ford Crown Victoria 4-door sedans) to the Village of Highland <br />Hills for the total amount of $8,200. <br />Mayor Rinker said he spoke to Mayor Nash and confirmed that they wish to purchase <br />all four vehicles. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Sale of Vehicles Authorized <br />Second Reading of Resolution No. 93-15, entitled; "An emergency resolution <br />establishing the maximum compensation for members of Council." (First Reading <br />7/19/93.)
