Regular Council Meeting <br />11/15/93 <br />Y'age Six <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by N1r. Busa, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />IZules Suspended <br />Mr. Fixler, seconded by Mrs. Leppla, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 93-36. <br />Chief Mohr said this is the same type of pager we are currently using. It will enhance <br />capabilities for their safety forces and is cheaper. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />IVAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ylesolution Adopted <br />Mr. Hovancsek said he has been reviewing the May-S.O.M. proposal for the office <br />building and have submitted another letter on that. He has also reviewed the proposal <br />for a lot split at 691 S.O.M. Center Road. He is looking at some other grading plans at <br />the moment. <br />Regarding Upper 40 - Mr. Hovancsek said the Law Director has submitted a letter <br />requesting permission to allow a contract right-of-entry to Whitehaven Cemetery to dig <br />a test hole. As far as he knows, that has not been approved by the cemetery people. <br />1VIr. Diemert said they have verbally approved it; they are waiting for the contractor to <br />contact them to go over there. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said we are behind on the Upper 40 project. We will submit designs <br />again so we can hold our funding. <br />Mayor Rinker suggested a letter from Mr. Hovancsek to Mr. Merkel. Mayor Rinker <br />explained the project design to the people in the audience. <br />Mrs. Cinco asked if there were any other matters before Council. <br />There were none. <br />Mrs. Cinco asked for an executive session to discuss property acquisition.
