MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETIlVG OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />December 20,1993 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in regular session on Monday, December 20,1993, <br />at 8:03 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Village Hall (following the M.C.I.C. Meeting.) <br />Council President Joanne Cinco presided. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Basile, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Fixler, <br />Mr. Flynn, and Mrs. Leppla . <br />Absent: None <br />Also Present Were: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Amendola, Mr. Brett, Mr. Cappello, <br />Mr. Diemert, Mr. Hovancsek, Lt. Porter, Chief Stevens, <br />and Miss Heath <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />OPEN PORTION <br />Shirley Flugan, Hickory Hill Drive, questioned what happened at the house on the <br />southeast corner of S.O.M. and Highland. <br />Mayor Rinker said there was an aggravated robbery/burglary at that home. The police <br />ciepartment has started an investigation. <br />Mrs. Flugan said she had received telephone calls from concerned neighbors. <br />Mayor Rinker said that apparently the police responcied quickly and are thoroughly <br />following up. A report will probably appear on the 11 p.m. news. Mayor Rinker said <br />he is confident we will get as much information as we can. <br />Mrs. Cinco asked if the resident was in need of anything. <br />Mayor Rinker said the best thing we can do is to investigate the matter as fully as we <br />can. If she needs anything (such as help shopping) and if her family can't assist, the <br />Village will assist or help her find someone to assist her. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES: <br />Regular Council Meeting - November 15,1993 - Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Leppla, <br />made a motion to approve the minutes.
