Regular Council Meeting 12/20/93 <br />Page Eleven <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 93-50, entitled; "An emergency ordinance appropriating <br />funds for current expenses and expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the period <br />from 01/01/94 and ending 3/31/94." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole. It recognizes the Ohio Basic Building Code Fund and takes care of 4 <br />transfers: one to the OBBC, a transfer to Special Assessment Street Lighting (what we <br />collected and what it cost us), and seed money for Upper 40/Highland SOM to cover <br />engineering fees incurred in 1993 (although we may not pay them unti11994.) <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />IVAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted
