Metzung as Director of Service." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council
as a Whole.
Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 96-07.
Mayor Rinker said Council is aware of this. Mr. Amendola is going to be stepping
down as Service Director. He will be commencing retirement at the beginning of
March and will remain on as an employee through August. Mayor Rinker said Gus
has always looked to quality, has always been attentive to people's concerns and he has
been selfless in many ways. The service that we provide in the Village is characterized
by the -way that Gus has.provided service in the Service Department. Doug is stepping
into some pretty big shoes; but he has had vast experience of his own.
