Regular Council Meeting <br />3/18/96 , ,. <br />Page 6 <br />Ordinance Review Committee - Mr. Marquardt said they met March 12. They <br />reviewed various proposed revisions to bring ordinances in line with the Charter <br />revisions. They recommend all except two items: One was to Section 1149; they <br />recommend that a$50 filing fee be added to the ordinance. On Section 1105.06, they <br />have reduced the number of copies for drawings to 7. All other revisions were <br />approved af that meeting. Mr. Marquardt said a complete copy of the minutes are <br />available for reference. Planning and Zoning - Mr. Ferrante said they met March 4. There was nothing on <br />the agenda. <br />Recreation Board - Mr. Buckholtz said they had a subcommittee meeting last week <br />to discuss the play camp and interview Camp Directors. They have chosen one. <br />The Recreation Board will meet this Wednesday which is sign-up for softball and <br />play camp. There will be a table for volleyball; they are trying to get ideas for <br />volleyball. The new Camp Director will be there. Also, in conjunction with <br />Activities, Recreation has some ideas. They have talked about having their All Star <br />Games in conjunction with the activities on July 6 and 7. <br />Sewer Liaison Committee - Mr. Buckholtz had no report. <br />AMB"W4*'. <br />Third Reading of Ordinance No. 96-05, entitled; "An emergency ordinance <br />establishing the compensation of the Recreation Coordinator for 1996." Introduced <br />by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 1/29/96; Second Reading <br />2/19/96.) <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 96-05. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Third Reading of Ordinance No. 96-06; entitled; "An emergency ordinance <br />amending Section 131.05(c) of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, re- <br />establishing the compensation of Human Services Director for 1996 and repealing <br />all ordinances inconsistent herewith." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as <br />a Whole. (First Reading 1/29/96; Second Reading 2/19/96.) <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 96-06.
