General Obligation Bonds <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to authorize the <br />expenditure of $6,500 to Moody's Investors Service for professional services relating <br />to $3,000,000 M.V. General Obligation Bonds. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />Bid Process for fees over $25,000 <br />Council President Fixler asked the next resolution number and said he would like to <br />give the resolution first reading. (Council had received the resolution in their <br />packet last Friday.) <br />Miss Heath said the next resolution number is 96-14. <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 96-14, entitled; "An emergency resolution adopting <br />a policy and procedure for qualifications based selection for professional services." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Resolution No. 96-14 was given first reading. ,
