19 <br />Regular Councii Meeting <br />7/1/96 <br />Page 18 <br />talked to Mr. Marra who reported that he might be finished by the end of August--weather <br />permitting. (If the contract runs over, they must pay liquidated costs per day.) <br />Mr. Buckholtz said he received a letter from Mr. Diemert about the people from Worton Park <br />asking for a sewer tie-in who want to sell their lot--even though tt is not a buildable lot. Mr. <br />Diemert's opnuon was it is salable even thought it is not a buildable lot. <br />Mr. Diemert said it is our opinion it is not a buildable lot but it ca.n still be sold. <br />Mayor Rinker said we have notified the resident (verbally and by registered & certified mail and <br />by personal delivery) of our opinion that it is not a buildable lot. <br />Mayor Rinker said Mr. Samac will go downtown and pull up the history on the lot. Ten feet is <br />the magic number for a title guaranty. We ha,ve no control over what they tell people. The <br />County deals with the transferability--the filing of the deed is done through a County process. <br />Council President Fixler said there are 6 Panzica vans camping down there [on S.O.M.] He is <br />tired of people promising things they do not deliver. Council President Fixler said we must tell <br />him to get them out of there--this is it. <br />Chief Mohr reported the buildings are going down Saturday, 3uly 27. <br />Council President Fixler said they must ha.ve weed control. <br />Mr. Samac said the contractor was unable to cut it; it was too wet. He asked what Council <br />wanted hnn to do and said he will ticket them if they 1'ike. <br />Cotxncil President Fixler said the Ostendorf Morris pernut was for 6 months. If he can't take <br />better care of the property, then we will not give them another pernut. <br />Mr. Samac said he will enforce it however Council wishes him to. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to adjourn. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br /> <br />? <br />? <br />
