Regular Council Meeting <br />3-15-99 <br />Page 8 <br />Mr. Brett said before Council passes this ordinance, he needs a motion to extend the contract we are <br />currently under for a month from midnight February 28, 1999 until March 31, 1999 at midnight. <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mr. Buckholtz, made a motion to authorize the extension of the previous <br />contract from February 28, 1999 to March 31, 1999. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Vlotion Carried <br />Authorization Given <br />Now, Council will consider Ordinance No. 99-09. <br />N1r. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, ma.de a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Buckholtz, seconded liy Mrs. Mills, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 99-09. <br />Mr. Brett said this was a decrease by 1.7% from the prior year. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />- : .
