He asked the Council members to withdrawal <br />their motion to suspend. <br />The motions were withdrawn. <br />Ordinance No. 95-20 will remain on first reading to be considered next Monday. <br />Resolution No. 95-04, "An emergency resolution designating Bank One as an <br />additional depository for interim funds of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the two (2) year <br />period commencing with January 1, 1995." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as <br />a Whole. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 95-04. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Resolution No. 95-05, entitled; "A resolution proclaiming the week of March 12-18, <br />1995 as Tornado and Flood Safety Awareness Week and urging participation in safety <br />activities." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 95-05. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 95-06entitled; "An emergency resolution granting a <br />variance to Dr. LoPresti for a sign set back variance at 6593 Wilson Mills Road." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 95-06. <br />Mr. Ferrante said Planning and Zoning did not recommend approval of this variance-- <br />it was a 3-3 vote.
