MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />Apri124, 1995 <br />(Note: Meeting was held on 4th Monday rather than usual 3rd Monday) <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in regular session on Monday, April 24 1995, at <br />8:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Village Hall. Council President Pro Tem <br />Wallace Ferrante presided. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Basile, Mr. Buckholtz, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, <br />Mr. Ferrante, and Mr. Flynn <br />Absent: Mr. Fixler <br />Also Present: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Cappello, Mr. Diemert, <br />Chief Mohr, Mr. Samac, Chief Stevens <br />and Miss Heath <br />Mr. Ferrante said the Council President is ill (and won't be attending.) <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br /> <br />Rich Prosen, 770 S.O.M. Center Road thanked Mayor Rinker, Chief Stevens, and <br />Mrs. Cinco for supporting him in his zoning request in Chesterland. He was not <br />successful, but appreciated their efforts. He will still be out of the house on the 30th. <br />Bill and Cathy Schulz is allowing them to rent 740 S.O.M. Center Road. <br />Jim Bordonaro, Bordonaro Landscaping Company, said he did part of the senior <br />landscaping program. He asked if anyone has any comments or criticism; he will be <br />glad to answer any questions. <br />There were no comments. <br />Paul Golobish. 6791 Thornanple, said he believes this flier (he was holding up) was <br />sent out by Mayfield Village. Mr. Golobish said he did not understand it too well <br />about what is paid up front. Doesn't everyone who has septic tanks have to pay both <br />(direct and indirect)? <br />Mayor Rinker said eventually, yes. The flier was part of the information the Village <br />sent out. The North County Line itself is just the main trunk line. Everyone in the
