Regular Council Meeting <br />6/19/95 <br />Page 14 <br />Resolution No. 95-28, entitled; "A resolution declaring it necessary to improve <br />certain properties in Mayfield Village by constructing sanitary sewers, together <br />with service connections therefor and the necessary appurtenances thereto, in <br />Worton Park Drive, North Woodlane Drive, Woodlane Drive, South Woodlane <br />Drive and Norman Lane between certain termini, and declaring an emergency." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Buckholtz, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. <br />94-28. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 95-30, entitled; "An emergency ordinance <br />authorizing a contract with Cross-Roads Asphalt Recycling for asphalt street <br />crack sealing throughout the Village." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council <br />as a Whole. <br />The title that appeared on the ordinance read "...asphalt street cracksealing and <br />rejuvenation...." Mr. Cappello said there was no bid on the rejuvenation. He <br />asked Council to consider amending the title to read asphalt crack sealing only. <br />The amount of the bid was $13,365; he recommends limiting the expenditure to <br />$15,000. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to amend Ordinance No. 95-30 <br />to delete reference to rejuvenation and to include a limit of $15,000. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Amended <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to adopt Ordinance No. <br />95-30 as amended.
