Regular Council Meeting <br />6/19/95 <br />Page 20 <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 95-35, entitled; "An emergency ordinance <br />establishing the compensation of the Recreation Coordinator for 1995." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. <br />95-35. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />ANY OTHER MATTER THAT MAY COME BEFORE COUNCIL <br />Mrs. Cinco said there will be a Special Council meeting on June 29 and a <br />Public Hearing. <br />Mr. Brett said the Special Meeting following the Public Hearing is for the <br />proposed tax budget for 1996. The second item is for the Fire Station bids <br />which will be coming in Tuesday. <br />Mr. Busa asked about the sinkhole at SOM and Highland. <br />Mr. Cappello said they are planning to put it in with this year's contract and <br />then will bill the contractor. He will have him backcharge us and we will <br />submit the bill. <br />Mayor Rinker reminded everyone of the meeting at 7 p.m. tomorrow at the <br />Bonnieview site--to discuss what to do with the structure. <br />CLOSING COMMENTS <br />Mary Bronfield, Metro Park Drive (in the audience) asked why the legislation <br />for the construction of sanitary sewers was declared an emergency.
