333 <br />Special Council Meeting <br />8/28/95 <br />Page 9 <br />Mr. Hanculak said this introduces a notice requirement for the Board of Zoning <br />Appeals that no variance can be considered until notice is sent to all property owners <br />adjacent to 300'. <br />Mayor Rinker said the idea was to expand the amount of people who were near a <br />(D property. As a policy, our Building Commissioner has been sending it out to about 3 <br />M properties on either side. Theoretically, you could have some lots where 300' might <br />M only get you one other property owner. We would be more inclined to exceed that. He <br />Q thinks the idea is to spread it out. <br />z <br />? Mr. Sullivan (of the Charter Review Commission) said there is no provision now. <br />Mr. Flynn asked if we have anything in the Village now--that would possibly not get <br />enough adjacent neighbors (who may have an interest in a hearing.)
