341 <br />MINUTES OF A SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br />Mayfield Village <br />September 5, 1995 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in special session on Tuesday, September 5, <br />1995, at 8:45 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Village Hall. Council President Mark <br />Fixler presided. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Basile, Mr. Buckholtz, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, <br />(D Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Fixler and Mr. Flynn <br />CY) <br />co Absent: None <br />z Also Present: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Amendola, Mr. Hanculak, Chief Mohr, <br />2 Mr. Samac and Miss Heath <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 95-71, entitled; "An emergency ordinance <br />authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Automotive Resources, Inc. for <br />the purchase of automotive lifts for use by the Village Fire Department without the <br />necessity of advertisement and formal bidding." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions.
