Mr. Buckholtz asked if a provision has been made for a start date, how long the project will take and that he stays within the amount of money that he bid. Mr. Hovancsek said the start date hasn't been set. This is a tentative approval--we don't have the approval fl?om the EPA yet on officially authorizing the move forward. ? This is a contingent approval based on the approval of the EPA to allow him to move M forward with this project. Hopefully, by the end of this week we should be able to ? accomplish a contract with the contractor. Then, we will set out the pre-construction meeting and get a start date of when the project will be started. He does not anticipate z the project running over the amount bid. ? Discussion was held about the amounts of the estimates and the amounts of the bids received. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted Resolution No. 95-42, entitled; "An emergency resolution awarding the contract for the purchase of pipe and other materials for the Worton Park Sanitary Sewer Improvement." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 95-42. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted Resolution No. 95-43, entitled; "A Itesolution of Appreciation for the rescue of the DePaul family." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 95-43. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted Lt. Jay said all of the fire and police officers are going to be given an award by the Silver and Gold Organization next Wednesday evening and the Cleveland F.O.P. Hall. Mayor Rinker said that is why we had the resolution tonight--so they can be presented at that meeting.
