392 <br />Activities Committee Mayor Rinker asked if everyone has seen the lights that are <br />up. They had a productive Saturday with Santa and a nice party afterward. He <br />wished everyone a nice holiday season. <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Samac said they had a meeting November 14 and <br />considered a small addition on a house. <br />Board of Appeals - Mr. Samac said there was no meeting since the last Council <br />Meeting. There is a meeting scheduled on December 27 for a variance request on a <br />side yard setback. <br />Cemetery - Mr. Buckholtz said he has received some complaints about the lighting <br />put up at the cemetery (it is glaring in a house on Derby.) Mr. Buckholtz said he met <br />with Larry Brown of C.E.I. and would like to meet with Gus on it. He had them <br />shut down the top light for the flag. He wants to go over the options with Gus. <br />Citizen's Advisorv Board - Mrs. Cinco said they met in November; no meeting was <br />scheduled in December. She is looking forward to a group meeting in January to <br />discuss the possibility of working out a plan for the northwest quadrant. We will <br />advise Council when the meeting will be. <br />Commission on Agin- - Mr. Busa said approximately 70 seniors participated in the <br />annual Christmas party on December 9. The Card Group continues to meet the 1st, <br />3rd and 5th Tuesdays. The trip to the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame scheduled for <br />December 27 is just about filled. Mr. Busa extended wishes for a Merry Christmas <br />and Happy New Year to the audience. <br />Safet$E and Service - Mrs. Cinco said the Committee did not meet. <br />Finance Committee - Mr. Flynn said the Committee met and discussed the <br />following: _ <br />1) P. Suglia - additional expenditure <br />2) Kenwood Homeowner's Reimbursement Request - they recommend <br />moving ahead with this item. <br />3) Ordinance 95-81 <br />4) Ordinance No. 95-82 <br />5) Resolution 95-46 - Mr. Flynn said he thinks the Council President may <br />want to open this to Council discussion.
