Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 98-14. <br />Mr. Diemert said the exhibit that was sent out with this ordinance was probably version 6. We <br />need a motion to substitute what will now be veNSion 10 which is version 9 with the changes <br />discussed in Executive Session: the actual dates December 31, 1998 and December 31, 2000 on <br />the first page and taking out a clause in the first full paragraph on page 2. He requested a motion <br />to substitute version 10 for version 9. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to substitute version-10 for version 9. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Substitution Authorized <br />Council President Fixler asked if there was any further discussion. <br />Dr. Parker asked the Law Director to verify if Exhibit A is only conceptual-an example-and if <br />it is binding. <br />Mr. Diemert said it is a footprint.
