We own a lot between the road and the cemetery and we want to keep our
options open.
Mr. Brett said we want to reserve the land closer to the cemetery because we want to be able to swap
land.
Mr. Marquardt said as it appears, it could be moved about 100'.
Mr. Hovancsek said there axe slope rights and other utilities to take into consideration.
Discussion was held.
Mr. Brett asked Mike Burgess of URS Greiner in the audience how close we are to the 1/3 acre
wetlands.

Mr. Burgess said we run into difficulties as we try to make changes at this point--we would have to
redo the dedication plat and assess what changes must be made to the construction documents.
