Regular Council Meeting <br />7-6-98 <br />Page 10 <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />C <br />OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first state <br />their name and address. This open portion is limited to discussion pertaining to the items under <br />"New Business" only. <br />There were no comments. <br />ANY OTHER MATTER THAT MAY COME BEFORE COUNCIL <br />There were no additional items before Council. <br />CLOSING COMMENTS <br />Council President Fixler said the Septic Homeowners have advised there will be a sewer meeting <br />on July 21St at 7:30 p.m. in the Community Room. Everyone is requested to attend. Look for a <br />reminder in your packets. <br />Mr. Buckholtz asked about the home under construction on his street. He asked if there has been <br />a response to the letter. <br />Mr. Samac said he spoke to him before he gave it to him. They are working away at it. <br />Mr. Marquardt asked Mrs. Roman to schedule a meeting of the Recreation Steering and Pool <br />Subcommittee. <br />Mrs. Roman asked who should be invited. <br />Mr. Marquardt said to invite the usual group--Recreation Steering and the Pool Subcommittee. <br />The survey group should also be invited. <br />Mrs. Mills thanked the Service Department for all their help at the first concert and for the <br />driveway at the Service Department. Wiley Park and the whole Village look wonderful. <br />Council President Fixler asked about the survey for residents on Wilson Mills. He asked if he <br />could have that for the next meeting. <br />Dr. Parker said he will have it for the next meeting. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to adjourn. <br />1 <br /> <br />
