i5~ Finance Committee Meeting, November Back Room of the Community Room, 7:30 P.M. Agenda 1. Discussion of motion to authorize the payment of $4,000 to the Commission on Aging for their annual allocation-approved in the 1999 Mayor's Budget 2. Discussion of a motion authorizing the payment not to exceed $65,000 to the 32 Ford/ Mercury through the State Cooperative Purchasing program for the purchase of a three 1999 Ford Crown Victorian for the Police Department 3. Discussion of a motion authorizing the payment of $4,344.01 to Squire, Sanders and Dempsey for the legal fees in allocation with the issuance of $4.5 million in notes eazlier this yeaz. 4. Discussion of a motion authorizing amendments to the contract with URS Greiner to account for the engineering for the wetlands and additional environmental clearance work for S.O.M. Center Road. This covers the additional work for wetlands pazk and the additional work necessitated by findings on the environmental studies. Fees will rise according to the rates contained in the original agreement. 5. Discussion of a the request by the Village Engineer for rate increases for 2000. 6. Discussion of a motion authorizing the payment of $4,200 to Minuteman Press for the publication of the Winter brochure. 7. Discussion of a motion authorizing payment of $3,200 to Ballash Press for the Winter V.O.V. 8. Discussion of additional personnel for the Fire Department. 9. Discussion of a motion authorzing payment of $5,000 to Independence Excavating for the removal of asbestos at the old Pazkview Club House. 10. Discussion of a motion authorizing the payment of $??? Discussion of a motion authorizing the Service Director to inquire with the State Cooperative Purchasing for the purchase of a one ton dump truck. 14. Discussion of the Pazks and Recreation Department's proposed fee structure and schedule for the 2000 season. 15. A discussion of Ordinance 99-41 providing for the lease of 386 S.O.M. Center Road. 16. A discussion of Resolution 99-16 accepting the property tax rates as determined by the County Budget Commission. 17. A discussion of the accepting or rejecting the bid for the ambualance: $1,500.
