Discussion of motion to authorize the payment of $4,000 to the Commission on Aging for their annual allocation-approved <br />in the 1999 Mayor's Budget <br />2. Discussion of a motion authorizing the payment not to exceed $65,000 to the 32 Ford/ Mercury through the State <br />Cooperative Purchasing program for the purchase of a three 1999 Ford Crown Victorian for the Police Department <br />3. Discussion of a motion authorizing the payment of $4,344.01 to Squire, Sanders and Dempsey for the legal fees in <br />allocation with the issuance of $4.5 million in notes eazlier this yeaz. <br />4. Discussion of a motion authorizing amendments to the contract with URS Greiner to account for the engineering for the <br />wetlands and additional environmental clearance work for S.O.M. Center Road. This covers the additional work for wetlands <br />pazk and the additional work necessitated by findings on the environmental studies. Fees will rise according to the rates <br />contained in the original agreement. <br />5. Discussion of a the request by the Village Engineer for rate increases for 2000. <br />6. Discussion of a motion authorizing the payment of $4,200 to Minuteman Press for the publication of the Winter brochure. <br />7. Discussion of a motion authorizing payment of $3,200 to Ballash Press for the Winter V.O.V. <br />8. Discussion of additional personnel for the Fire Department. <br />9. Discussion of a motion authorzing payment of $5,000 to Independence Excavating for the removal of asbestos at the old <br />Pazkview Club House. <br />10.
