Regular Council Meeting <br />12-13-99 <br />Page 14 <br />exactly the opposite of what you want to try to do. I am asking Council again, have some faith in the <br />philosophy and the ability of this administration to be able to pull it off and to do it right. <br />Council President Marquardt asked if there were any other comments. <br />There were none. <br />Roll Call: (1 S - 41anes south of Highland) <br />AYES: Mr. Buckholtz, Mr. Busa, Mr. Ilacqua, Mr. Marquardt and Dr. Parker <br />NAYS: Mrs. Cinco and Mrs. Mills <br />Motion Carried <br />1 S Plan Authorized <br />^ A motion to authorize the 2S plan (5 lanes) for the widening of S.O.M. Center Road (south <br />of Highland Road) <br />Mr. Ilacqua asked if that had to be voted on given the [result of the previous motion.] <br />Mr. Diemert said probably not; it is on the agenda. You can either remove it or vote it down. <br />Mr. Ilacqua made a motion to have the motion to authorize the 2S plan to be removed from the <br />agenda. <br />Mr. Busa seconded the motion. <br />Dr. Parker asked if historically it is a good idea that we remove it. <br />Mr. Diemert said it is forever on your minutes. <br />Mr. Busa said we can just ignore it. <br />Council President Marquardt said there was a motion and a second. He asked if there was any other <br />discussion. <br />There were no comments. <br />Roll Call: (voice vote) <br />AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />
