141 <br />Mr. Busa asked if there was any discussion. <br />There wa5 none. <br />Roll Ca11: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Carmen, seconded by Mrs. Bloom, made a motion to adopt Resolution 83-22. <br />Mr. Busa asked if there were any comments. <br />There were none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />CLOSING COMMENTS <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Mrs. Hanus reported there is a sign missing.at Beech Hill and Seneca. <br />Mrs. Hanus.asked, regarding Beech Hill Road, if it was possible the ditches <br />could be made smaller than shown in the plans in order to save trees. <br />Mr. Hovancsek will have a report on this next week. <br />Mr. Etzler said the Beech Hill Pumping Station had another overflow. <br />Mr. Flynn said he received a letter from an attorney in reference to these <br />problems. The letter was given to Mr. Feneli to review and report to Council. <br />Mr. Busa said he received new material regarding the transportation of nuclear <br />waste. He has forwarded this informa.tion to Mr. Feneli. Mr. Feneli will <br />discuss this with Mayor Beebe what action must be taken and report their decision <br />to Council. <br />There being no further business, Mr. Carmen, seconded by Mr. Etzler, made a <br />motion to adjourn the meeting. <br />There being no objections, the meeting adjourned at 9:55 p.m.
